Cancellation Policy

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice we will have to charge a cancellation fee.

Cancellations or changes within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of your appointment cost. No shows will be required to pay the full 100% cost of the appointment. Where full payment has been made in advance, credit or gift voucher, 50% will still be charged of the appointment.

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your booking with less than 24 hours notice, please call the salon to do so on 07723508793  as cancellations via messenger or emails might not be.

Patch Testing

A patch test must be carried out a minimum of 48 hours prior to eyebrows and lash tinting, , lash lift treatment or permanent make up.

Please pop in to salon at your convenience for your patch test if you are a new client, new to any of the treatments above or it has been longer than 12 months since you had the treatment previously.

Treatments cannot go ahead without a test and may be subject to our cancellation/no show policy if an appointment is attended without a test having been carried out prior.
